How a FarmPod partnership could work

01

You provide suitable land

We discuss site size, vehicle access, utilities, permitted use, local demand and proposed guest accommodation.

02

We appraise the project

Explore layouts, indicative capital requirements, planning responsibilities and whether an operator-funded model is viable.

03

We agree the commercial terms

Any investment, installation, operation and revenue split are documented before either party commits.

Understanding the proposed revenue share

Our indicative model is 70% to the operator and 30% to the landowner of gross accommodation booking revenue, but eligibility and contractual terms are site dependent. This is an example for discussion, not a standing contractual offer.

Illustration

Five pods at a £100 average nightly rate and 50% occupancy would generate approximately £91,250 gross bookings annually, before applicable taxes, fees and operating costs.

Illustrative landowner share

At a 30% gross revenue split, that example equates to approximately £27,375 per year. Actual performance may be lower or higher and is not guaranteed.

Operating responsibilities

Booking administration, guest care, grounds maintenance, cleaning, utilities, insurance and repairs require clear allocation in the signed agreement.

Illustrative figures are not net profit or a return forecast; occupancy, actual rate, cancellations, seasons, construction costs and obligations vary by site. Planning permission and finance approval are not guaranteed.
