FarmPod projects around Bideford

Bideford projects can be configured around the land, access and services already available. Customers can start with accommodation only, add shared wash facilities, or specify private toilets, wellness upgrades and off-grid power where the site requires it.

We can discuss delivery and site setup for projects in Bideford and the wider Devon area. Groundworks, drainage, electrical connections and planning requirements depend on the individual site and are quoted or supported separately.

Send us the site location, approximate available area and the number of pods you are considering. We can then discuss a suitable starting configuration and the practical next steps.

Coastal and inland pod proposals near Bideford

The Bideford area includes different coastal and inland settings. A site exposed to coastal weather and a sheltered inland field should not be given the same practical specification without checking conditions.

Confirm the approach road and ground levels, and consider whether equipment or paths will face sustained exposure.

For an initial site discussion: Share photographs of the location and an estimate of the distance from proposed pods to existing utilities.

Planning information: Find your local council by postcode. These resources do not determine permission for a particular plot.
